Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions and accepts various payment methods on our behalf. All prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location and local tax regulations.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at contact@freshjuice.dev with your order or transaction ID. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Subscriptions

If you purchased a subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of any billing date. You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
