Terms of Service

Terms of service for JuicePress. Free for personal use, Pro license required for commercial use.

Effective date: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the JuicePress desktop application ("Application") developed and distributed by Aleksandr Zapparov, doing business as FreshJuice™ ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using JuicePress, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use JuicePress on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the End User License Agreement.

2. Free and Paid Features

JuicePress is free for personal, non-commercial use. Core features included at launch will remain free. Premium features (such as trim, crop, watermark, and bulk compression) require a paid Pro license. Pro is available as a yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Commercial use of JuicePress requires a Pro license. Pricing, feature availability, and subscription terms may change with reasonable notice. All prices are shown excluding tax. VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your location and local tax regulations. See our Pricing page for current plans.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use JuicePress. By installing or using the Application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application or any part of it
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
  • Use the Application for any unlawful purpose
  • Circumvent any licensing or access-control mechanisms

5. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive property of Aleksandr Zapparov / FreshJuice and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "FreshJuice" is a trademark (™) of Aleksandr Zapparov. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

6. Output Files and Lawful Use

You retain full ownership of any video files you process using JuicePress. We claim no rights over your input or output content. You may use compressed videos for any purpose, personal or commercial.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to process, modify, and distribute any video files you use with JuicePress. You agree not to use the Application to process copyrighted, stolen, or otherwise illegally obtained content. FreshJuice is not responsible for any misuse of the Application, including but not limited to copyright infringement or piracy.

7. Updates

We may release updates to the Application from time to time. Updates may add, modify, or remove features. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support.

8. Analytics and Data

By using JuicePress, you acknowledge that the Application may collect anonymous usage analytics and error reports as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of analytics at any time through the Application settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRESHJUICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Application is immediately revoked.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
